How to reset a learner's password

While on the Teacher Home Page, select the created class or whole grade class that the learner is linked to.
Click on the Admin button in the bottom right corner of the class or grade. Select Manage Class.

Scroll down the page to the learner list.
You can then search and select the name of the learner and click on the Set password button at the top.

Type in the provided box the new password that a learner will use to log on and click on save password.
